Corned Beef and Cabbage
- Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- half large onion
- half small cabbage
- 4 pimentos
- Thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Can of Corned Beef
- Chop cabbage, pimentos, garlic, onion
- Low heat, small burner, put in oil
- put in garlic, pimentos, onions
- leave for 1 mins, let sweat, use a little water or salt to stop burning if necessary
- add water to stop burning
- put in all cabbage, add salt, pepper, mix all ingredients,
- cover for 3 mins to sweat
- add corned beef, break up all pieces to spread evenly
- cook down on low heat until all moisture is gone
- salt and pepper to taste, stir to prevent sticking
