Corned Beef and Cabbage

  • Ingredients
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • half large onion
    • half small cabbage
    • 4 pimentos
    • Thyme
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Oil
    • Can of Corned Beef
  • Chop cabbage, pimentos, garlic, onion
  • Low heat, small burner, put in oil
    • put in garlic, pimentos, onions
    • leave for 1 mins, let sweat, use a little water or salt to stop burning if necessary
    • add water to stop burning
    • put in all cabbage, add salt, pepper, mix all ingredients,
    • cover for 3 mins to sweat
    • add corned beef, break up all pieces to spread evenly
    • cook down on low heat until all moisture is gone
    • salt and pepper to taste, stir to prevent sticking
