My Hard Boiled Eggs


  • Eggs, Pinch of Salt, Water to cover eggs
  • Bring water to boil, then cover
  • Boil for 6 mins, 30 seconds
  • Run under cold water
  • Peel
  • Add Salt, Soy Sauce and pepper to taste
  • Eat
