My Hard Boiled Eggs
Eggs, Pinch of Salt, Water to cover eggs
Bring water to boil, then cover
Boil for 6 mins, 30 seconds
Run under cold water
Peel
Add Salt, Soy Sauce and pepper to taste
Eat
