- Wash, scrub, poke on top and bottom with fork just to break the skin so it doesn't explode
- Microwave for 6 minutes (longer if bigger or more potatoes 10 mins for 2, 15 mins for 4)
- Remove potatoes, poke the center lengthways, then smush the ends together so it tears in the middle (using knives reduces the fluffiness)
- Salt, Pepper, Butter, and whatever else u like
