1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Milk
1 Pinch Salt
1 Egg
Grated Fruit of your choice
Mix all ingredients together briefly, lumps and bubbles are encouraged.
Melt some butter in a large frying pan on low heat, enough to coat pan to allow pancakes to flip
Use a large serving spoon, or pour three small pancakes per pan, messy is ok
Once the bubbles come through the top, use a spatula, slide under the pancake and flip in one motion
Press down to make sure pancake makes proper contact with pan
Serve with honey, syrup, fruit, yogurt, or whipped cream
