Makes 8 bakes

cups flour
1
tsp baking powder
1/2
tsp salt
1.5 tblsp
sugar
2
tblsp butter or marg
1.5
cup warm water
Mix
everything together, keep some flour for dusting
Rest
for 15 mins
Roll
into balls
Rest
for 20 mins
Fill
frying pan with 1 inch of oil enough to cover bakes
Heat
up oil then drop to low heat
Gently
Flatten with fingertips then fry on one side until golden
Then
flip until done
Place
vertical in paper bag to drain and not get soggy
