- Pork chops
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Soy Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame Oil
- Mince garlic and ginger
- Cover pork well with garlic, teaspoon of soy sauce, teaspoon sesame oil, ginger, pinch of salt, pepper to taste
- Dry skin with paper towel as much as possible

- Place pork on pan in preheated oven 450
- Cook for 45 mins
