Air Fryer Fries

  • Leave skin on, scrub the outside clean
  • Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch fries
  • Soak and wash until water runs clear
  • Dry fries as much as possible
  • Drizzle with oil to coat
  • Add a pinch or two of salt per potato depending on size and taste
  • mix well with hands to coat all fries
  • Place enough into air fryer to coat the bottom in a single layer
  • Set to 400 for 12 mins
  • Put paper in a large bowl, empty cooked fries onto paper
  • While still hot, sprinkle salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, parsley to taste
  • Toss in bowl until evenly coated
  • Let cool, and they'll firm up a bit
