- Leave skin on, scrub the outside clean
- Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch fries
- Soak and wash until water runs clear
- Dry fries as much as possible
- Drizzle with oil to coat
- Add a pinch or two of salt per potato depending on size and taste
- mix well with hands to coat all fries
- Place enough into air fryer to coat the bottom in a single layer
- Set to 400 for 12 mins
- Put paper in a large bowl, empty cooked fries onto paper
- While still hot, sprinkle salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, parsley to taste
- Toss in bowl until evenly coated
- Let cool, and they'll firm up a bit
