Meat Sauce - Asian

•  High fire, oil in pot until slightly smoking
• Put beef in, let it sear
• Break up with spoon, cook until all pink is gone
• Push meat aside, add onions and garlic, fry for 1 minute
• Mix togethe
• Turn fire to low
• Add sliced mushrooms
• Add 2tblsp cornstarch + water mix
• Add soy sauce
• Add 2 tsp salt
• Turn until glossy 1 minute
• Turn off fire
