Cirspy Skin Pork

  •  Season Pork Belly, then boil for 15 mins
  • Scrape skin, dry, poke holes, cut 1/2 inch score lines
  • Season with sales, garlic powder, ginger, black pepper
  • Bake in oven 1 hour
