Salt Fish

  •  Boil water in a small pot
  • Open saltfish
  • Turn off fire
  • Put one piece per person in the water to soak
  • After 10 mins, drain water
  • Flake fish in a small bowl with two forks
  • Heat pot on low, add oil to fry garlic
  • Add garlic, onion pimento in pot, fry until translucent
  • Add fish then tomato
