Sardines on Toast

  •  Toast
  • Sardines
  • Onion
  • Vinegar
  • Pepper
  • Capers
  • Salt

  • Remove bones from sardines, keep oil, mash to flake
  • Add salt, pepper, capers
  • Pickle onions in vinegar
  • Toast bread
  • Enjoy
