My Egg Salad

  • 9 eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Chives

  • Instructions 
    • Put all eggs in pot, enough space to stay apart, cover with half-inch of water
    • Bring to boil, then turn off fire, cover and leave for 10 mins
    • Cut in half, separate yolk and white
    • Chop whites into small cubes
    • Add 6 tblsp of mayo to yolks
    • Mix together
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fold egg whites into egg yolks
    • Optional: add 1tblsp chives and 1/2 tblsp sugar

Fried Garlic Pork

  • Marinate

    • 220g Pork Loins
    • Cut into finger strips
    • 1 whole bulb of crushed garlic
    • 1 tblsp soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tblsp water
    • dash of white pepper
    • Mix well
    • Rest for at least  30 mins
    • Coat all in cornflour
    • Rest for 10 mins so it sticks

  • Instructions
    • Low-Med Heat oil until chopstick bubbles lightly 
    • Add whole garlic cloves to fry until golden brown to infuse flavor into the oil 1-2mins
    • turn up to medium
    • Add pork
    • Fry to 80% cooked, do not move
    • Light golden brown, take out and drain in basket temporarily
    • add back all pork to fry second time and finish cooking

My Ramen

  • You need
    • 2 packs ramen
    • Ginger
    • Garlic
    • Water
    • Patchoi
    • Sesame Oil
    • Soy sauce

  • 4 cups of water, low heat, cover pot
  • Clean and chop patchoi into separate white and green parts
  • Put the white parts in immediately
  • Pinch of salt
  • Teaspoon of soy sauce
  • smash and slice 1 garlic clove into strips, add to water
  •  half teaspoon of chopped ginger, add to water
  • When boiling, add ramen and flavor packets, cover pot
  • Start timing 180 seconds (or until it smells good)
  • After 1 minute, add green parts of patchoi on top, cover pot
  • Put quarter pack of flavoring in your serving bowl
  • Put 3 drops of sesame oil in serving bowl
  • After 180 seconds, turn off heat, and dish out into serving bowl
