Fried Garlic Pork
- 220g Pork Loins
- Cut into finger strips
- 1 whole bulb of crushed garlic
- 1 tblsp soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tblsp water
- dash of white pepper
- Mix well
- Rest for at least 30 mins
- Coat all in cornflour
- Rest for 10 mins so it sticks
- Instructions
- Low-Med Heat oil until chopstick bubbles lightly
- Add whole garlic cloves to fry until golden brown to infuse flavor into the oil 1-2mins
- turn up to medium
- Add pork
- Fry to 80% cooked, do not move
- Light golden brown, take out and drain in basket temporarily
- add back all pork to fry second time and finish cooking
