My Ramen
- You need
- 2 packs ramen
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Water
- Patchoi
- Sesame Oil
- Soy sauce
- 4 cups of water, low heat, cover pot
- Clean and chop patchoi into separate white and green parts
- Put the white parts in immediately
- Pinch of salt
- Teaspoon of soy sauce
- smash and slice 1 garlic clove into strips, add to water
- half teaspoon of chopped ginger, add to water
- When boiling, add ramen and flavor packets, cover pot
- Start timing 180 seconds (or until it smells good)
- After 1 minute, add green parts of patchoi on top, cover pot
- Put quarter pack of flavoring in your serving bowl
- Put 3 drops of sesame oil in serving bowl
- After 180 seconds, turn off heat, and dish out into serving bowl
